Tao Condos was developed by SigNature Communities, led by Vice President Sebastian Mizzi.

The development team focused on creating a condominium that allows residents to enjoy Richmond Hill’s amenities without feeling surrounded by high-density urban development.

SigNature Communities emphasized integrating natural elements into the design while maintaining modern architectural standards.

The project also received consultation from Feng Shui expert Paul Ng, who advised on building orientation and interior layout.

The structure was designed with a wing-like shape intended to hold and circulate energy throughout the building. Interior features such as miniature waterfalls and landscaped elements in the lobby further reinforce the calming atmosphere.

Paul Ng reviewed individual units to ensure layouts aligned with principles intended to promote harmony, positive relationships, and financial prosperity.

His goal was to create a peaceful living environment within an increasingly busy world.
